The World We Only Know

If video games had a god, this is what he would look like.

I originally started watching “The World God Only Knows” because someone claimed it had the best anime OP of 2010, and while that may or may not be true, I easily got addicted to this series.

What makes this series so great is that the main character, Katsuragi Keima –– an avid dating sim gamer –– has medium awareness. You can’t even jeer at the female anime character clichés in the series because Katsuragi, like the viewer, is able to point out these stereotypes, and therefore –– thanks to what he has learned from his dating sim games –– knows exactly how to reach their heart.

If only real relationships were that easy.

I always told me parents that video games would help me later on in life, but they never believed me. :( Actually, I played a lot of driving games as a kid, which helped me have better concentration and control when I got my license. True fact.
